Blue and White: Bathroom Trend

In these serene bathroom ceramic designs, traditional cobalt blue and white porcelain is reimagined for contemporary bathing spaces.

2013 saw Navone revisit her existing Boll basin for Flamina, updating the design with new decorative patterns that are inspired by traditional Chinese blue and white wares.

The generous proportions of the Sartoriale Maxi bathtub by Carlo Colombo for Antonio Lupi are made in made in smooth and sculptural Cristalplant. The design is characterized by its extended rim that gently curves outwards and the striking contrast between the classic white interior and the bright blue exterior.

Conceived by the Austrian designer Erwin Leo Himmel, the Khroma Bathroom from Spanish brand Roca features textured finishes and accents of intense color.
